How do I know if Eclipse Education ALP is right for me?
Eclipse Education designs its bespoke and personalized learning plans with students' needs, abilities and interests in mind. We will work with you to deliver a package that meets your legal requirements of accessing literacy and numeracy so that you can achieve qualifications needed for further education or training, as well as adding in subjects or activities that you show an interest or a talent in.
What learning methods does Eclipse Education apply?
Just like our curriculum, we vary the way we deliver sessions depending on a pupil's needs. All staff are trained in adaptive teaching practices as well as SEND specific strategies. We will always find a way to make learning relevant and engaging so pupils make the most progress possible.
We are an approved NCFE centre deliver Functional Skills Assessments (Entry Level to Level 2) in English and Maths alongside ASDAN and GCSE options.
What are the class sizes?
The maximum class size will be 8 but there will be sessions where you are supported 1 : 1.
Do young people need an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to come to Eclipse Education?
No. Young people just need to be unable to access mainstream education.
